Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item meets the following conditions:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • All tags and accessories included

To begin a return, email us at support@epicoutdoorgears.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Note: Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Custom, engraved, or personalized products
  • Items showing signs of use or wear
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and evaluated:

  • We’ll send an email confirmation
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email us at support@epicoutdoorgears.com — we’ll assist with exchanging or returning items based on availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at support@epicoutdoorgears.com with photos and your order information. We’ll either:

  • Send a replacement at no cost, or
  • Issue a full refund right away
